How long will I wait for the results of my literature search request?
What is the turnaround time for getting results for a literature search request?
Answer
The team responsible for conducting literature search requests work on a first-come-first-served basis. Your request will go into the queue and will be completed as soon as possible.
It is important to submit your request well in advance.

Please note: Our team does not have face-to-face contact with students owing to the remote channels of communication we use.
